Security & data protection
Your references, your trained model, and your output are commercially sensitive. We treat them that way. Below is how the platform is built to protect them, and the documents that back it up.
- Tenant isolation
- Every workspace is isolated with row-level security enforced on every table. One tenant can never read another tenant’s content.
- Encryption & storage
- Data is encrypted in transit. Files live in per-workspace storage and are served through short-lived signed URLs, not public links.
- Your data, your model
- Brand-trained models are private to your workspace. We do not train public foundation models on your content without explicit opt-in.
- Authentication
- Managed authentication with workspace-scoped access claims, and server-side enforcement of credits and usage limits.
- Payments
- Card data is processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our systems.
- Vendor transparency
- We maintain a sub-processor list and offer a Data Processing Agreement for enterprise customers.

Our security program follows SOC 2-aligned principles — tenant isolation, encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor transparency — and we welcome security questionnaires. Enterprise customers can request a security review, DPA, and sub-processor details during onboarding.
