Acceptable Use Policy
This document is currently only available in English.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited uses of the neo-fashion.ai platform (“Platform”, “Service”) operated by Fipera Trading F.Z.E (“Fipera”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It applies to all users, workspace members, and API integrators.
This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Scope
1.1 This AUP covers all use of the Platform, including the web application, API, custom model training, persona creation, and generation of images and video (“Output”).
1.2 You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace, including actions by invited members and API clients using your keys.
1.3 Marketing site browsing is governed separately by our Marketing Site Terms.
2. Lawful use
You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in the United Arab Emirates. You must not use the Service to create, store, transmit, or publish content that:
- Violates criminal, civil, or regulatory law;
- Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or personality rights;
- Constitutes fraud, harassment, threats, or hate speech;
- Facilitates money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crime.
3. Prohibited content
The following categories of Customer Content and Output are strictly prohibited:
3.1 Non-consensual and deceptive imagery
- Deepfakes or synthetic likenesses of real identifiable persons without documented consent;
- Content intended to impersonate individuals, brands, or organisations for deception;
- Misleading product representations that could constitute unfair or deceptive trade practices.
3.2 Child safety
- Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors;
- Any attempt to generate imagery depicting minors in inappropriate contexts.
We report suspected child exploitation to relevant authorities where required by law.
3.3 Violence and exploitation
- Graphic violence, torture, or content glorifying harm;
- Content promoting human trafficking, exploitation, or illegal weapons.
3.4 Intellectual property violations
- Uploading reference assets, logos, or designs you do not have rights to use;
- Generating Output intended to pass off third-party trade dress or copyrighted works as your own without authorisation.
You are solely responsible for clearing rights before commercial publication. See our AI Output Disclaimer.
3.5 Regulated and restricted categories
- Content that violates platform policies of destinations where you publish (advertising networks, marketplaces);
- Medical, pharmaceutical, or financial claims presented as factual without required disclaimers and approvals.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
4.1 Circumvent controls — bypass credit limits, rate limits, authentication, workspace isolation, or plan restrictions;
4.2 Abuse the Service — launch denial-of-service attacks, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with other customers’ use;
4.3 Scrape or harvest — systematically extract data, models, or Output from the Platform except via documented API within your plan limits;
4.4 Resell or sublicense — offer the Service or API access to third parties without a written reseller or enterprise agreement;
4.5 Reverse engineer — attempt to derive source code, model weights, or proprietary prompts except as permitted by law;
4.6 Introduce malware — upload files containing viruses, worms, or malicious code;
4.7 Misrepresent training data — submit reference images for custom model training without rights and, where applicable, model or talent releases.
5. Personas and custom models
5.1 Real-person personas require appropriate consent and release documentation. You represent that you hold such rights before creating or deploying a persona based on a real individual.
5.2 Custom models trained on your workspace data remain subject to this AUP. You must not use trained models to generate prohibited content.
5.3 We may review reported abuse. We do not routinely monitor all Customer Content but reserve the right to investigate credible reports.
6. API use
API keys must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all API traffic authenticated with your keys. Rotate keys promptly if compromise is suspected. Automated use must respect documented rate limits and credit balances.
7. Enforcement
7.1 We may warn, suspend, or terminate access — immediately where necessary — for violations of this AUP or the Terms.
7.2 Suspension may include freezing credit consumption and disabling API keys. We are not liable for losses arising from enforcement actions taken in good faith.
7.3 We may preserve and disclose information to law enforcement or rights holders when required by law or to protect users and the Service.
7.4 You may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting legal@neofashion.ai with your workspace ID and a description of the issue. We will review in good faith but are not obligated to reinstate accounts that violated this AUP.
8. Reporting abuse
To report violations:
Security and abuse: security@neofashion.ai
Legal and IP: legal@neofashion.ai
Include relevant URLs, workspace identifiers (if known), and a description of the concern. We aim to acknowledge reports within five (5) business days.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP to address new abuse patterns or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice where practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
