What is neofashion.ai?
neofashion.ai is a Brand DNA platform for fashion brands. It generates on-brand product photography, video and campaign imagery from a brand's own products and references, for apparel, accessories and footwear, with Shopify integration and an interface in 13 languages.
What can I create?
Studio, lifestyle, cutout and flat lay images, plus video and sketch-to-photo, for apparel, accessories and footwear. Video and sketch-to-photo depend on your plan.
What is Brand DNA?
Your brand profile, references and AI personas, applied to every job. One-tap rating across 11 fashion-specific issue categories turns reviews into structured quality signals, so each brand builds a quality record it owns. Brand DNA v2, with evaluation sets, consistency scoring and per-brand adapters, is in development.
Do you train AI models on my images?
Your references, personas and brand profile stay private to your brand. Reviews are used to measure quality, not to train third-party AI models. Brand DNA v2 adds per-brand adapters, tuned only on brand-approved images with the brand's written consent.
Are the models real people?
Personas are AI-generated in the platform and are not based on real people.
How does pricing work?
Plans include a monthly credit allowance. A standard image uses 5 credits, a 4K image 9 credits, and video from 60 credits per 8 seconds. Plans start at $79 a month.
How long are credits valid?
Monthly plan credits are valid for 90 days. Credit blocks, top-ups and Pilot Pass credits are valid for 365 days.
What is a Pilot Pass?
$490 for 2,000 credits, used over 2–4 weeks on your own products. It can open Catalog Studio or Design Studio.
Can I try it on my own products?
Yes. Send us 6 products and we return them on-brand in 48–72 hours.
Which languages does the product support?
English plus Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Hindi, Urdu, Italian, Russian, Korean, Chinese and Portuguese — 13 languages.
Does it work with Shopify?
Yes. neofashion.ai has a Shopify integration for adding generated images to your products.
What is the Design line?
Plans for manufacturers and wholesalers: Design Pro ($250 a month) and Design Team ($690 a month, annual contract) open Design Studio, Photo Editor, Cut-Out and Commerce Studio. Enterprise Design is priced by contract: a platform fee plus credit blocks.
Can I buy online today?
Not yet. Every plan currently starts with a demo or a Pilot Pass; online card payment will open later.
What if I run out of credits?
You can add top-up credits, up to 50% of your monthly allowance.
Can several brands use one account?
House covers 2 brands and Enterprise covers 3 or more; other plans cover 1 brand.
What does Enterprise include?
SSO, API access, approval and download controls, locked personas, audit reporting, data residency, service levels and customer success, agreed per contract.
Which AI models do you use?
Leading image and video models, applied through your Brand DNA. Current providers are listed on our sub-processors page.
Do you offer 4K?
Yes, on Pro and above. A 4K image uses 9 credits.
Can I regenerate images?
Pro and Team include a free regeneration pool of 40% of the monthly allowance, House 30%, subject to module eligibility.
