What is a credit?
A credit is the unit consumed by a generation. Different modules cost different amounts, and the cost is always shown before you generate.
Do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits renew each billing cycle. Credit-pack terms are shown at checkout and in your plan details inside the app.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from billing settings at any time. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How does enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is seat- or usage-based and includes custom models, API access, and an SLA. Book a demo for a quote tailored to your catalogue and team.
Is there a free option?

How much does custom model training cost?
