What is a credit?
A credit is the unit consumed by a generation. Different modules cost different amounts, and the cost is always shown before you generate.
Do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits renew each billing cycle. Credit-pack terms are shown at checkout and in your plan details inside the app.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from billing settings at any time. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How does enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is seat- or usage-based and includes managed brand DNA, API access, and an SLA. Book a demo for a quote tailored to your catalogue and team.
Is there a free option?

How is my brand DNA applied to generation?
Your brand DNA — references, personas, and brand profile — is applied automatically across every module at no separate cost. Generation itself consumes credits per job, typically a fraction of a single studio day rate. See module credit costs in the app and on the Custom Models page.
Who owns the generated images and videos?
You do. Outputs generated in your workspace from your prompts and uploads are assigned to you under our Terms of Service, including commercial use in catalogues, e-commerce, and advertising. Your uploads and brand DNA remain yours and are never shared with other workspaces.
