What is a credit?
A credit is the unit consumed by a generation. Different modules cost different amounts, and the cost is always shown before you generate.
Do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits renew each billing cycle. Credit-pack terms are shown at checkout and in your plan details inside the app.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from billing settings at any time. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How does enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is seat- or usage-based and includes managed brand DNA, API access, and an SLA. Book a demo for a quote tailored to your catalogue and team.
Is there a free option?
Self-serve signup is paused for a short window. Book a demo for access now, including a Free-plan path when checkout reopens.
Do you train a model for my brand?
We do something different. Brand-DNA conditions generation on your brand's eval set and scores every output for consistency; v2 adds a per-brand adapter (rolling out). You are not renting a model — you own your outputs, and your imagery never trains shared models. Included from Team.
Who owns the generated images and videos?
You do. Outputs generated in your workspace from your prompts and uploads are assigned to you under our Terms of Service, including commercial use in catalogues, e-commerce, and advertising. Your uploads and brand DNA remain yours and are never shared with other workspaces.
